These joint programmes are offered by Mykolas Romeris University - MRU (Lituanie) and Université Savoie Mont Blanc -USMB (France) option 1, one the one hand and by the Universita degli Studi di Torino -UNITO (Italy) and the Université Savoie Mont Blanc -USMB (France) option 2, one the other hand. First year of studies is held at MRU or UNITO, second year at USMB . Graduates of these programmes will be awarded with two diplomas - one issued by MRU or INITO, the other by USMB. Thes programmes are taught in English - lectures face to face. Thus perfect command of English (these double Master's degrees in Business Law conducted with the Mykolas Romeris University of Vilnius or Universita degli Studi di Torino are taught 100% in English) and the nature of the trainings open up high-level international horizons.
Objectifs
The objective of European and International Business Law programme (Options 1 & 2) is to prepare highly qualified business law specialists, who are able to provide legal advice to the transnational and European business environment, to explain the latest business law issues and trends, to analyse and assess business-related legal situations, promptly and effectively deal with legal problems faced by business, conduct research and provide suggestions for the legislator on the improvement of business environment regulation.

- Consideration of the financial and commercial constraints of companies
- Providing leading legal expertise on dispute resolution procedures
- Application of rules and principles relating to international contracts (European Union focus)
- Analysis and drafting of international contracts
- Handling of international litigation files
Dimension internationale
First year (M1) of studies is held at MRU (Lithuania) or UNITO (Torino - Turin), second year (M2) at USMB. Graduates of this programme will be awarded with two diplomas - one issued by MRU or UNITO, the other by USMB.

A qui s'adresse la formation ?
These programmes are dedicated to good students, holding a bachelor degree (or its equivalent - preferably in Law) looking for a high level qualification in European and International Law. These masters' degrees are intended for any good undergraduate student (preferably in Law) wishing to follow a highly professional training course, the value of which is recognized.
Applicants enrolling for the joint European and International Business Law masters' degrees programmes (implemented in English) must have a sufficient knowledge of the English language, no less than the B2 level (according to the “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages", adopted by the European Council).

Acquisition of a master’s degree in law entitles to continue studies in the legal area and other fields of research (social science) in the third cycle of studies (PhD) and to acquire a PhD in social sciences.
